3 Years, 3 Months, and 3 Days
A brief reflection on my time at CalmWave
Yesterday was my last day at CalmWave. When I joined, we had a vision and a canned demo. I built a team and we turned that demo into a robust data pipeline and product. When the first ICU adopted CalmWave, I saw a vision come to life. Real patients, nurses, and doctors benefiting from what we built. And over time I got to see the architecture proven at scale, processing millions of signals per day. It was an incredible journey for me and I’m grateful for the experience and learning.
To my CalmWave colleagues, thank you. I’ll continue to cheer you on.
